Lifetime and Annual Members: You may expect that someone from the club will be calling you to verify your contact information. We need to confirm your cell phone number and email address. It is our intent to use electronic communication for future newsletters, updates, and correspondence whenever possible.
When we call to verify your contact information we will also be asking if you would be willing to make a voluntary contribution to help offset the club's general expenses, provide funds for equipment maintenance and upgrades, and to fund scholarships. We rely heavily each year on the annual fundraising banquet proceeds to fund our operations, and without the banquet this year, the club is hurting for funds right now. Please donate if you are able. As a registered 501(c)(3) corporation, your contribution is tax deductible and we will send you a receipt for your contribution. You can designate your contribution to go to General Operating Expenses, Capital Equipment Improvements, or Scholarships.
Please watch this page for updates on the banquet, meetings, and other scheduled activities. We will be following
local, state, and national health guidelines about meetings and gatherings of all sizes. With major sports seasons
being cancelled or postponed, schools being closed, and more changes being announced daily, it is impossible to
predict what will be open and when.
The Next Board Meeting
The next board meeting will be a Zoom meeting, at 6:30 PM on
Monday, May 18th. It is open to Board Members Only. Feel free
to contact any Board Member with your questions or concerns.
You may call the club at 218-888-6701 for additional information and/or questions.
